3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
We take quality issues very seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit, defective, or completely different from what you ordered, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: To protect our store against supplier discrepancies, we strictly require a single, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened from its sealed state.

- Once verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup immediately at zero extra cost to you.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Intimate apparel, innerwear, and face masks.
- Custom-made, personalized, or clearance sale items.
- Products with missing parts or items damaged due to customer misuse.
5. EXCHANGE OPTIONS
Want a different variation or a replacement? We make exchanges easy:
- If the item meets our return eligibility criteria, you can request an exchange for size, color, or a completely different product of equivalent value.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
